Bought one in December for my oldest and just now bought another one for my middle child and they work good no issues!!!! My kids can play all there games they like

Was able to plug and play. This was for my son's birthday he turned 12. He was able to sign into all of his stuff that he had on the old computer. I made sure this one came with the graphics card so if he wanted he could play the high fps games. And he is able to play them all. Had it since March 10th, connected to wifi that we have at home perfect. Until yesterday when he moved the PC from one corner of his room to the other, now none of the wifi options are there.Thanksfully I read before I bought this computer that I would need the wifi USB adapter that plugs in and lets him connect to internet, and I was surprised when we didn't need it, but I wish I would have bought one Bec now he needs one and has an Ethernet cord running through my living room. Grateful the Ethernet worked, but now I have to buy the adapter, which is completely fine since I was warned before I purchased. Anyways it did come 2 days later than expected. And overall it's been a fantastic experience, 250 for a birthday present is a little hi in our household so I was so happy everything has been working as told it would

Bought this computer for my boys for Christmas. I set it up and it instantly crashed on me within the first few days. It kept saying DP port wouldn’t display on a brand new monitor that I bought so I replaced the cords thinking it was the cords and it clearly was not. It just kept crashing in the middle of being on the computer or gameplay and it would take days to get it back on it kept giving me the blue screen of death. after days of waiting and resetting I was able to get back on the computer, but it would quickly crash again. I ran a lot of diagnostic test, spoke to multiple technicians and ultimately it came down that the computer was just messed up or broken parts on the inside either GPU, CPU, motherboard, memory, I’m not sure. never actually figured it out. absolute waste of time.

I brought this for my grandson and he absolutely loves it he said the speed is awesome. And he says his games are running smoothly fast and great. He loves it. No problems to date as I said it was opened on Christmas Day. I was leery at first but I'm glad I made the purchase.

the computer is good like it runs great but storage and ram is very low and sometimes the computer has to automatically restart itself because the computer gets stuck on a line of code but other than those two things its a pretty good low-budget computer but since windows 10 the operating system for this computer loses support this year 2024 think about that before you buy

I got this for my grandson and he's enjoying playing with it all the time found out it has more games than he anticipated

Very good i like that it has a keyboard and mouse inclueded glitches i little bit when i play fornite but still pretty good for my first pc the reason i gave it 4 stars its beacause of the glitches when playing games like fornite and i cant play HALO and it did not come with the side details which made me sad

The media could not be loaded. We don't know a whole lot about gaming laptops/computers but we've gotten my son a cheaper laptop in the past, and he fried it simply bc he was trying to play games that the laptop wasn't meant for. But with this system, all his games (roblox, peoples playground, Garry's mod, PVP games, fast paced shooter games, etc) and he hasn't had any crashes, or delays. He says it's the best Christmas present ever, and believes it must of cost at least 1,000$ and we got this for a fraction of the price. Very happy with purchase.
