While I read that these pills would be hard to swallow, I found that merely by putting one (or one/half, since I'm cautious about trying new things) into a capsule and it goes down just fine.Also, these tablets are more potent than the Medi-Natura I was using. My husband uses those, because he's working in the yard and around the house nearly every day, and so he uses them a lot in this hot weather. I like that it has low sodium, too, as I'm watching sodium after a mild stroke I had five years ago. But I don't like salting anything much, as it makes my throat burn, so this product is helping me in several areas.I just placed an order for a few more bottles of these tablets, as I don't want to get too low. And since I'm feeling better on them just taking a half dose a day, I sure want to keep it up.

Great electrolyte boost prior to exercising. I take them 30 min before swimming and no longer get leg cramps during my later sets. I’m so glad they are in pill form rather than powder. I like how water tastes.

All the things some other well known branded hydration packs have that we don't need.Yes, they are unflavored but in my opinion may be better then a flavoried variety with sugar added to make it taste better. Since the pills aren't coated to help them easily slip down when you swallow them, I have come to crush them and add as much as I feel I need to a glass of whatever I am drinking. I've even more control over how much I want when done that way.What made me decide on this brand?
