10/10: would recommend if you want to fear cheese, soda, and anything fun.
Wow, I never thought my stomach was secretly the boss of my brain, but apparently, my gut is running the whole show! This book basically says that if I eat a bad hot dog, I might end up failing a math test, getting sad, and ruining my future. Also, did you know that your gut can talk to your brain? That means my stomach is probably mad at me for all the candy I ate last night. The book is cool, but it also made me paranoid that my gut is out to get me if I don’t eat enough yogurt. 10/10 would recommend if you want to fear cheese, soda, and anything fun.

It offers loads of information on how to maintain a healthy gut in addition to a recipe book for gut friendly meals and snacks. A must-read for anyone looking to improve their overall health physically and mentally.

Really interesting book
I knew looking after the gut was important, but definitely didn't realize quite how strong the connection was between things! This book is super interesting, I feel like I learned a lot and the 7 day plan makes it easy to just make a start. Would recommend.

Wow
Now this was quite a fascinating read, the gut and brain connection is wild. I initially heard about some of this Tom Gary Brecka, I didn’t realise just how connection to the gut we were, I just assumed the gut was a simple/dumb entity.This was very interesting
