Fantastic Product
I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now and can really tell the difference. They work to suppress my appetite which has helped significantly with my weight loss as well as making me more awake and alert. I will definitely be buying these again and would highly recommend.

Waste of money
To be blunt, they didn't contribute to any weight loss. I've stopped taking them now. After all of my research on raspberry ketones I feel I've been ripped off. I didn't feel any different either. So I now take vitamin B and D to increase my metabolism

Well worth buying, they have suppressed my appetite so I am not eating between meals, loosing weight slowly which is best, would highly recommend.

So far so good!
After a month's use I can say that it works for me. I have started a diet along with regular exercise and I have lost nearly 3 kilos so far without extreme efforts. I take the tablets twice a day 30 mins before lunch and 30 mins before dinner. It suppress the hunger although if you have a sensitive stomach, the combination of caffeine, green tea and green beans can cause some pains. My partner when tried had pains but since she reduced her coffees from 3 to 1 day, she was fine. Just avoid to take the tablets along other caffeine related products. I seek to cycle the product though after a couple months of use with another product just to shake up my body a bit. I hope that helps.
