Product works very well. Solid build and feels durable. Value for price is what attracted me and not some sketch unknown company. Great installation diagrams, videos, templates. Hardware included in very good as well but if you are doing an 82” TV into concrete ceilings like I did, upgrade plugs and get longer bolts. This is a 3 person job. Thought two but with larger TV’s get another friend. Plan for a couple of hours and measure like 7 times. It opens and closes slowly (maybe 30-45 seconds) but it is awesome and very discrete when closed. Only downside is power light and cable is front facing so doesn’t look as discrete as it could if it was in the back. Would highly recommend

Best thing I did in my small, studio. Allows me to have art on the walls. With a Mars box you can rotate the picture. Probably some TV's have this function internally. Allows placement over the bed for viewing up, other side of room when down. Quality is nice but another remote! LoL too many remotes. I mounted a surge protector, Mars Box, Sound Bar, Slot DVD player and Amazon fire sticky to the back with zip ties. They all ride together and it's freaking awesome. Installation is slightly complicated and you need electric nearby for a clean installation. Highly recommend in white. Less obtrusive visually than a black unit, I believe

These mounts are designed for studs in a specific direction. Know your stud direction and measure before you buy. Customer service was exceptional and helped me find the mount that would work for my ceiling. Plan and measure before you buy.

This mount is amazing! Everything that was promise! I have an 83" LG that weighs 95 lbs and it works like a champ!

Came in perfect condition and quickly. I hung this in my basement because I had no good wall to put the TV on. It works great! Maybe seems a little slow going up and down, but it's steady and holds the weight with no problems. I screwed it into the joists 16 on center. I was honestly skeptical that this exists for such a great price, but it's real and really cool looking!
