Beef Cheeks
Bought this after watching someone using it to confit some Beef Cheeks with Beef tallow during smoking them low and slow. This was just the job as it fit inside my WSM smoker and melted the tallow down and the two Beef Cheeks fit in nicely. Just the job. Good quality container and easy to wash

Perfect for a creative project
I’m a keen DIY-er and made a table for my outdoor entertaining area, but I wanted a recessed ice/drinks container, and this pan was perfect for the job. It’s deep, really sturdy, and can hold a bag of ice and two bottles of wine! Not what it was designed for, I know, but I like to think outside the container. Love it.
