This case is awesome, I chose to opt to this instead of my regular Sony case and it’s much more convenient for traveling!

It's exactly as described, a hard shell case for your camera. There's a velvety lining inside the case that has a slight chemical smell. You definitely to leave it open in a ventilated area for a couple of hours. After that it's fine. There's a side to hold a cable and some micro-sd cards, and the other deeper side to hold your camera.
