Ok ladies, this is a must HAVE! My tubes were taken out early 2023 amd since then I have struggled with weight loss, mood swings for days, hair loss like no one business, dry skin and dry hair, feeling fatigued with black circles under my eyes (I legit looked like a thief in the night) my skin was starting to develop spots where the color pigmentation was different in different areas. I was also severly constipated and had irregular periods. Some months they were way too heavy and lasted about 2 weeks and other months they were non existent. I honestly thought I was pregnant AGAIN! I mean I was going THROUGH IT yall! Both my OB and Primary Care (PC) doc completed tests that ruled out pregnancy. I begged my PC doc to give me something for my hormones as I just felt sickly and off! Blood tests showed nothing out of the ordinary so I decided to take things into my own hands. I read that there were a lot of women who struggle with hormone imbalance and that certain vitamins help with this issue. I saw changes instantly once I started taking these vitamins. The first day finally had relief in the bathroom (trying not to give tmi). By day three I no longer felt bloated as I was using the restroom once a day. By day 7 I felt like I had energy again and I didn't feel as fatigued. By week 2 I noticed that my mood swings had gone down significantly and that the black circles around my eyes were disappearing. I also noticed that my skin was developing a glow. After 30 days of taking these vitamins my mood swings are pretty much gone, I am not bloated and feel energized, my periods have regulated significantly, my skins looks amazing, the dark circles around my eyes are gone and there are no skin pigmentation issues, I have dropped weight without having to starve myself, and my skin has this amazing glow. I also noticed that my hair retains the oil that I put in it so it's not dry and there was a shocker! I wear braids in my hair and when taking the braids out of my hair after weeks I always had dandruff. I NO LONGER HAVE DANDRUFF and my hair is growing! This product WORKS and all you have to do is take one pill a day! Don't wait!

I peed on myself yes at 39 yo I peed in the bed, I hv not peed on myself since I was 12yo and I couldn't stop laughing.Im going crazy!! Silver lining no night sweats tonight 🤷🏾♀️ also I think it may be helping with my skin, not sure yet tho. Day4-2/21 No headache this morning but I am tired maybe bc I peed my self at 11pm last night and couldn't go bk to sleep 🙃 I had a tension headache about halfway through the day. Still not sure about it helping my acne. Today was a good day no mood swings. But I did smoke some maryjane today soo today's results might be off.. Day 5 - 2/22 OMG!! I slept til 4am this morning!!! I went to sleep bout 10pm last night. That's a good night's rest for me. I ain't slept that long in months. I may have a slight one every other day. But none yesterday or this morning. Day 5- 7. 3/7 The headaches are gone and the night sweats are almost gone If I sweat it's very minimal. My moods are wayyy better. From me.to you just buy it! If you dealing with perimenopause. THIS MADE A DIFFERNCE A DRASTIC DIFFERENCE I WILL BE TAKING THIS EVERYDAY!

Saving me!!!
So glad I gave this a chance. It's been YEARS to try and find a diagnosis. A doctor recently suggested I might have PCOS. Going in for final tests in a couple weeks. I have all the symptoms and then some... (Hair loss, hair on my chin, weight issues, rosacea/cystic acne, bone and joint pain, sleep issues, IBS with putrid gas...) I googled "natural remedies for pcos" and voila! This stuff came up on Amazon. I read the reviews and ordered it. I DID HAVE A HEADACHE FOR TWO WEEKS... even WITH eating enough and drinking more water than I normally do, but wanted so desperately for it to work. Let me just say, I have been able to control some of my symptoms with diet. I was vegan and followed a JERF diet for a long time, and I'm still really careful (limited dairy, no meat except occasional fish, no trash foods like white bread/sugar/processed junk), but I feel like I have my life back with this pill!!!😍 Here's what it's doing for me : First, I can eat SOME dairy without my face looking like raw ground beef the next morning. I still try to avoid it because consuming those extra hormones when you have a hormone disorder =no Bueno. BUT, I can eat a small ice cream cone when I go on "special times" with my kids. Really helped with my complexion. Second, the putrid gas is gone! I'm telling you, it was enough to make my husband hate me. It smelled like DEATH. If I ate ANY sugar...watch out, cause a bomb was coming. NO MORE! 😇 This benefit alone is worth the headache for two weeks. It was so embarrassing and I didn't feel like I could go anywhere! Third, I have my tiny waist back. I would not say that I lost weight. The scale stayed the same until recently when I started intermittent Fasting. But a couple weeks into taking this pill I noticed the swelling in my face was gone, and my waist looked like it used to! My husband noticed, as well! It MAY have assisted with losing weight, as well. I am a fitness freak already, but I had a very stubborn 6 pounds to lose and they were driving me crazy. I've done intermittent fasting before and all it did was help me maintain my weight, which was better than gaining weight (even on my strict Vegan/JERF diet). I saw that initial difference in my waist and face, and it gave me hope. I started intermittent Fasting again continuing with my strict diet and this time the weight is coming off! I was initially a little disappointed that I couldn't eat what I want to and still lose the weight, because after reading some of these reviews I kind of hoped for a magic pill... It isn't a magic pill, but like I said, it gave me hope and I DID see a difference in my face and waist. Undeniably so... Fourth, the hair on my face is less. I still have some, but there IS a recognizable difference. My skin on/under my chin and jaw line is smoother and the hair isn't so thick and embarrassing. Still plucking, to be fair. The hair on my head may be growing in thicker as well. Verdict still out on that one, but it has felt like it's growing back in. Really hope that's not wishful thinking as I lost a lot of hair and it was heartbreaking to me. I have taken Diatomaceous earth (food grade) and biotin, as well, in the past with good results. Just FYI. Fifth, I FEEL better. Almost normal, which is HUGE for me. I'm telling you, I thought I had cancer or MS or something! This pill is saving me, and I'm so beyond grateful! It won't fix all your problems, and it's not a magic pill, but combined with really healthy habits IT IS MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN MY HEALTH, which is more than what most doctors have done for me ❤️ THANK YOU!

Relief after so many years of perimenopause
Let me start this review by saying that perimenopause sucks. The body changes affect the body and the mind. I started when I was in my late 30s and am now 44. Went to doctors with no intervention for the exception of anti anxiety meds and a cardiac workup. "Your labs look fine" kinda answers. Panic attacks with skipped heartbeats, horrific allergic reactions, so much so that my eyes would swell shut from histamine overdrive. Painful knees and back. Ridiculous weight gain in a short period of time. I was willing to try anything. Failure of General practitioners had led me to do my own research and symptom management, most of which are hormonal imbalances (estrogen and testosterone). I, for one, was iffy about HRT (hormone replacement therapy) at first, but I was open to supplements that mimic such hormones. I was recommended this supplement from a fellow nurse coworker after we had a long discussion about the pitfalls of perimenopause, well, mostly complaints from me. Mainly hot flashes, joint pain, anxiety, and drenching night sweats. Anyway, at that time, any relief was welcomed. Here were my experiences: First week: I took it consistently right before work. So far, no side effects. No noticeable relief. Still waiting. Second week: I began to feel less anxious. The intensity of my hot flashes had decreased from a 10 to an 7, however, the length of time for each flash decreased to about half the amount of time. Third week: I gave my coworker an update on how the supplement was working. I had to do an true assessment. My hot flashes had decreased in intensity of 10/10 to 5/10, frequency of 5x a day to 2 x a day, and the length of time decreased to about 10 minutes instead of the usual 30 min to an hour. Have you ever felt so normal again that you don't even notice how bad it was? That was what I was feeling! Relief from the torrid of sweat and burning red face and ears. Because of that, I have been getting better sleep (from patchy 3 hours to 5 hours straight through). Now don't get me wrong, I still had other symptoms at play. I still woke up sweaty, but not drenched, and my labile moods were still there, but not enough to warrant punching someone in the face. Month 2: Now, most of the sucky symptoms like hot flashes are just slight annoyances now. My sleep has gotten better because the drenching sweats has decreased to the level where I could just turn down the AC and sleep on cool, bamboo sheets (they do wonders BTW). I don't wake up in the middle of the night as much anymore, maybe once a week though. Intrusive thoughts have lessened. I have now used DIM for almost 3 months now. I am super happy that I was introduced to this. Now, mind you, this worked out for me, thank the gods. I still get anxiety that a cold compress on my neck or a cold bath can't help (it shocks your system back to rest and digest). I would suggest that you use this product, but also do your own research on how to manage your other symptoms. I also suggest HRT from reputable medical professionals that check specific hormone levels pertaining to perimenopause. I believe this supplement has helped with my symptom management, and it has improved my quality of life. Also, for the price of this type of comfort and peace of mind, it is a great deal! I hope you find my experience helpful.

PMDD users
I really wanted to love this, but it made my 27day cycles to 22 day cycles and it intensified hormonal headaches. Pros: less bloating, better skin, less dandruff, more poops, less hot flashes, no night sweats, no achy breasts. Mood i feel great besides 1day of the week. It intensifies my SNRI. Cons: shorter cycles and migraines.

Be prepared for a strong migraine!
The product is good and it really works to prevent hormonal acne, but I must say that I suffered the worst migraines of my life, and for this reason alone I do not recommend using it in high doses. In conclusion, I stopped using it because I couldn’t tolerate the headaches

PMDD help with supplements
I want to write this to help people diagnosed with PMDD that can't or don't want to get on birth control and don't want to get on antidepressants. I am not doing this as a doctor but someone that has experienced it and found a solution that works for me. It may not work for everyone else. That being said I'll keep it short as possible. I had severe postpartum depression after I quit breastfeeding my daughter. Very severe. I let it go too long because I didn't know what was going on. The doctor prescribed me lexapro and it worked a little at first but it took it a full 8 weeks to work better and even then it didn't get rid of all of the symptoms. It was a low dose but I didn't want a big dose because I knew I would be getting off of it soon and just wanted the help for a little while. I wish I would have started my supplements then instead of the lexapro because I now know hormone imbalance was my problem. My prescription ended at 5 months after starting it and that put my daughter at 1 year. I weaned off of it and it wasn't too bad but I started getting really weird symptoms. After I would ovulate I would go into a rage for 2 weeks with severe mood swings. I told my doctor about it and they wanted to put me on birth control which I can't take due to the type of migraines I get. So they wanted to put me on Prozac. I took one dose of Prozac and it made me feel super weird so I was determined to find out what the root of my problem was instead of taking Prozac. I also was having pain on the right side under my ribs and my throat kept having a swollen feeling. After tons of research I found it is very common to be hypo/hyper thyroid after a baby and that estrogen dominance is very common. The pain in my side was due to excess estrogen messing up my gall bladder function and the swollen feeling in my throats was due to the hypothyroid. I also had the other symptoms that goes along with these two issues i.e. Mood swings, anxiety attacks, hot and cold flashes, sleepiness, irritability and so on. I did research and started taking these two supplements. https://www.amazon.com/Thyroid-Support-Supplement-Vegetarian-Ashwagandha/dp/B00M13NHFY/ref=sr_1_2?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1495635876&sr=1-2-spons&keywords=thyroid+support&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/DIM-BioPerine-Metabolism-Menopause-Aromatase/dp/B006KL4TYG/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1495635915&sr=1-4&keywords=Dim Thyroid support and DIM. I also took some other additional supplements to help with the estrogen metabolizing because I was miserable and desperate. https://www.amazon.com/Thorne-Research-Picolinate-Absorbable-Supplement/dp/B002TPK1F8/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1495636038&sr=1-4&keywords=zinc+picolinate https://www.amazon.com/Thorne-Research-D-Glucarate-Detoxification-Capsules/dp/B0012MZZLE/ref=sr_1_sc_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1495637884&sr=8-3-spell&keywords=calcium+d+glucarte I can go into detail on what these do but I'm trying to keep this brief. Anyway they started working within a week. I started feeling better. I took 2 DIM a day for 2 months in addition to the normal doses of the other supplements. I gradually kept feeling better but I'm an impatient person and I had been feeling bad for so long I wanted it to feel totally normal again as soon as possible. After more research I found that Curcumin helps you feel better while the DIM and Thyroid support does it's job. It took me a long time to get to feeling this way so it would take a while for me to get out of it. I ordered one brand of curcumin that's no longer available but I've replaced it with this one https://www.amazon.com/Turmeric-Bioperine-Available-Standardized-Curcuminoids/dp/B01DBTFO98/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1495636427&sr=1-4&keywords=curcumin I started feeling like myself at Day 5 of taking this. It's amazing. I sometimes take up to 9 a day but it's on days I feel particularly terrible which always coincides with my hormone cycle (or slight hangover) but I always take at least 3 a day. No side effects or any issues with this. It's amazing. It keeps me sane while the dim and the thyroid support correct the issues I've had. I just wanted to write this to give people an option to try before antidepressants. You should know within a week of these supplements will help you or not. I'm not doctor. I'm not trying to get anyone to stop taking their meds. I am simply putting out there an option that worked for me and took a lot of trial and error to figure out. So my daily supplement regimen that initially worked for me. I have since lowered my doses after 2 months of this. 2 DIM by smokey mountain naturals one morning one night. I would recommend only taking 2 if your estrogen dominance is severe and only for 1 month. After that lower to 1 a day. Thyroid Support by 1 body 2 in morning 1 Calcium D Glucarate by Thorne research 3 turmeric curcumin with bioperine by Schwartz bioresearch sometimes more 1 double strength zinc picolinate by Thorne research in morning Fish oil in morning Relaxed mood gummies by vitafusion Neuromag magnesium l-threonate by life extension at night. 1 scoop. I now only take 1 DIM 2 Thyroid Support 2 Relaxed mood gummies 3 Curcumin and occasionally more throughout the day. Magnesium at night. It's a lot of supplements and some are a little expensive but I prefer this to Prozac. Please PM me if you have any questions. I've tried a lot of things in addition to these that I didn't list because I wanted to keep this as short as possible. Again this is just what worked for me and I am not a doctor. I was just desperate for anything to help me that wasn't an antidepressant.

Read this for a REAL review
I bought this product originally because I had very severe cystic acne. I had tried absolutely everything, so I figured that this supplement couldn’t hurt, right? If it matters, I’m 23 year old female, of decent/good physical health, and I’m not on any hormonal medications or BC. I am taking 120mg of calcium d-glucarate (alongside DIM) as well. Guys. When I tell you that my skin has been breakout-free, I mean it. I used to wake up in the morning with 5-10+ new severe pimples every day, despite using the finest topicals, AND derm prescribed antibiotics (amongst 100 other rituals I tried for clear skin). I was even considering going on a second round of accutane before trying DIM. But now, I wake up with ZERO new pimples, and my skin is clearly way less inflamed and red. I had already noticed a change in my skin by day 5, so it worked very quickly for me. That’s the biggest change from this pill, and it’s been invaluable for my self confidence and bank account. Within the first week of taking this pill, I also dropped 1.5 inches off my waist measurement. Seriously—that’s how much bloating I almost immediately let go of. My feet, hands, face, and waistline are way less bloated and swollen. For example, my jawline is much more defined, and I have no more undereye or eyelid puffiness. In my face, I look like I’ve lost 15 pounds. At the gym, I notice myself having much more stamina and pep in my step, when I used to be so fatigued between weightlifting sets. I could go on and on about the benefits, but I think it’s important to note some of the side effects you might experience during the first few days of taking DIM that may otherwise scare you off if you haven’t done your research on this product. First and foremost— the morning after my second dose of DIM, I awoke with a headache. It was a moderate tension headache, and it lasted 48 hours more or less, slowly getting better with time and OTC pain meds. This happens when your body is working hard to balance the hormones that were super imbalanced in your body. This headache WILL go away, and is not bad at all. It is by no means a “migraine.” You will not “NeEd tO bE RuShEd tO tHe HoSpItAL” over it. Come on. Secondly— I see lots of reviews mentioning that the color of your urine will change. Yes, this is somewhat true, but not fully. The DIM metabolites have an orangey-red color, and they are flushed out through your urine. That is the color you are seeing. If you’ve ever taken a B vitamin, and noticed that it later turned your urine a bright yellowy tone for a short time—DIM does the same thing, but a different color. So no, that isn’t blood in your urine (unless you’re experiencing major UTI or kidney illness symptoms, obviously). It’s just your body getting rid of your waste, as it does. Thirdly— I definitely recommend taking this with a meal. It made me a little nauseous the one time I took it on an empty stomach, which makes sense. This is a supplement that comes from vegetables, so it’s much better for your body to digest it alongside food in order for it to be 100% properly absorbed. Overall, I would definitely recommend. The short headache was a very small price to pay for the amazing benefits I already feel from this supplement. I cannot wait to see how my health and appearance will continually improve! As always, speak to your doctor if you have any questions.
