The quality of foam as it was described as a memory foam but it wasn't same.
I ordered the Wakefit Wedge Pillow from the Amazon App, and it was delivered on March 19, 2024. After using the pillow, I found that the foam quality was not up to the mark, despite being described as memory foam in the product description. The pillow started to lose its shape from the top and felt hollow in the middle, making it quite uncomfortable to use, especially for patients, within just four months. I am disappointed with the quality and hope to get it replaced with a better product.
