Excellent Quality and Stunning Prints!
I recently tried the ELEGOO Silk PLA Filament 1.75mm, and I am beyond impressed! Here’s why I think this filament deserves a glowing review:Easy to Work With: This filament prints smoothly without any clogs or jams. I had no issues with bed adhesion, and it layers beautifully, which made my printing experience enjoyable.Great Strength: While being aesthetically pleasing, this filament also offers impressive durability. My prints feel solid and can withstand everyday handling without easily breaking.Consistent Diameter: The filament has a very consistent diameter, which is crucial for getting reliable results. I’ve had no problems with under-extrusion or over-extrusion.Value for Money: Considering the quality and performance, I believe this filament offers excellent value for the price. It’s a great investment for both beginners and experienced 3D printing enthusiasts.

Sparkling peacock blue is a win!
4 stars. Seems to print well. The color is really cool. It is a very vibrant, sparkly blue color. Sturdy spool. I've been printing it at 200 with the bed at 60. It has some weird line layers as seen in the imafege, but I like it. My only complaint is that it is not neatly wound.

I LOVE the Elegoo silks
I really had no issues printing any of the Elegoo silks. I used an outer and top layer speed of 30 for maximum shine on my Bambu A1 w/AMS lite.Galaxy Black is my absolutely favorite filament. It's not BLACK so much as maybe dark dark dark blue, and with such wonderful sparklies through it!The elegoo silver looks ok, but still looks like shiny plastic more than silver. The elegoo gold is definitely too yellow. It does NOT look metallic. Pretty, but not gold. The elegoo copper (the tag on my spool said bronze) looks FANTASTIC! Absolutely pulls off the copper look. That's my 2nd favorite silk PLA.The multi-color silks turn out very nice...one color from one angle, the other color from another. Only on very rare occasion has there been some problem with the color transition on the finished model.

Good Prints/Off Color
It prints well, but is more of a bright copper tone than a bronze.

Extra Brittle and Stringy
The media could not be loaded. This was my first time using Elegoo filament. I specifically ordered the silk dual-color blue-purple PLA and used with an A1 Mini printer. Overall it was a so-so experience.First, the filament on the spool was excessively stringy, as you can see in the attached picture and video. This video was taken shortly after opening the packaging so right away it raises questions about quality. It was like this throughout the entire spool. The filament’s brittleness was another major drawback. In general, silk PLA is brittle but this brand seemed more so. I printed a rigid/fixed design and I had a part break off with minimal handling. I’ve printed the same design previously with other brands of silk PLA, and those prints were noticeably stronger and more durable. Just for fun, I tested this filament with an articulated octopus design (articulation is not especially recommended with silk PLA) and as expected I had a pieces snap off with little handling. The color itself is vibrant and visually appealing. However It looks best on larger prints. Small prints were disappointing in how the dual tones blended together. I anticipated a smooth, seamless gradient between the blue and purple, but the transitions lacked the polished look I had hoped for. Larger prints on the other hand looked great with the two colors blending and transitioning beautifully. Please note that this is also one of those multicolor filaments where one side is blue and one side is purple instead of transitioning from one color into another color every few meters. See side by side photo showing the colors are visualized on each side of the spool.Overall, the filament’s stringiness and extra brittle nature make it hard to recommend for now.

Beautiful, No issues
Very nice color blending. Works well for large prints. Has colored glass effect visually and also looks like metal. Followed the manufacturer’s recommended settings and the print is beautiful and perfect. Experienced no issues at all.
