This is the best fish oil ever! Smells and tastes like oranges. And if you are prone to burping fish oil the oranges taste is sooo much better!

I was hoping that, because they said orange flavored, they would be chewable. I have a really hard time swallowing pills, but all the normal gummy candy versions have a pathetically small amount of omega-3s. With these you can't even break the outer layer without some series biting, and then it tastes awful when you succeed. My fault for the mistake I suppose, but I'm writing this to let others know. Also, these pills are HUGE. That said, these are great fish oil supplements for high amounts of omega-3s and a good ratio of EPA/DHA for mood enhancement, so if you can swallow them, I'd recommend them.

No fish burps! And I only have to take one pill! My eye doctor suggested taking to help my dry eyes. It does seem to help. I've been taking it for 10+ years. I had been adamant about taking an Omega 3,6,9 because I heard (from a documentary) that you needed all three for omegas to be beneficial. With a bit more recent research, I learned the importance of EPA and DHA instead. This has the milligrams of each listed. I also look for supplements that have been certified. And while this particular version isn't NSF or USP certified, a number of other Garden of Life products are. The brand seems trustworthy, so I'm giving it the benefit of doubt.

These taste great and are easy to swallow. They don't smell bad and don't cause the dreaded fish burps.

I highly recommend this fish oil. It’s very helpful with my hair, nails and skin. I have been taking them for a little over three months. I love that you only take one a day and they do not leave you the after taste of fish. Great product. I will be continuing to take them.
