Well it sure does help for tapping or massaging any knot you have and it feels really good. I used it as soon as I bought it and the only thing I didn’t like was the smell mine smelled like completely soil not smell like dirt but overall I recommend it yes

The massage hammers are made well and the fabric has herbs infused. The weight is easy to handle, but just enough pressure when used for lymphatic drainage. Easy to use alone when no assistance is available. I like the color and pattern choice.
