Not in factory packaging. Broken usb charging port, won't accept a charge. It has been dropped multiple times, clearly has had a phone mount chemically adhered to the (swollen) battery.

5 stars for the Amazon Renewed buy. Described as excellent condition. Looks like it's been in a pocket and used for maybe a couple months, but otherwise essentially new.3 stars for the device. Got it for rugged + battery replaceable, which it does. Has design flaws: too big & heavy (dun care a whit about "screen size", needs enough for apps, not watching movies or games), buttons too sensitive and elevated when they should have been recessed (regular accidental trigger in pocket). SIM holder v.weak -- "lid" detaches with v.light touch & v.hard to repair once it does, but seems OK once in (and battery holds it down, too -- it's just bad/cheap on install & definitely NOT rugged).It's too bad no one makes a small rugged smart phone with replaceable battery.

It didn't last long

Got the phone got it programmed up and it crashed three times and had to do our hard reset having trouble getting a refund.

Cannot accept with an Amazon Renew standard. Very bad seller. It is a scam
