I wasn't sure what to think of shilajit when I first found out about it. I decided to try the PrimaVie capsules instead of the tar-like jars shilajit is typically sold as. After reading about the taste, this seemed like a good route. I'm sure glad I did. The shilajit here is top quality and standardized so you are always getting the same amount. I noticed a huge impact right away and it has stayed with me ever since. I'm a success and health coach so I'm constantly trying new supplements and mind hacks to upgrade my performance. This is among my top recommendations at the moment. I love when natural remedies work as advertised. Most certainly don't. PrimaVie shilajit gives me an added boost that is subtle and sustained throughout the day. I just feel better when taking it. It's not something that will have you running through walls or jumping over buildings, but it will give you enhanced energy and stamina throughout the day. That's exactly what I bought it for and it has delivered. I haven't noticed any adverse side effects. Some report gastro-intestinal issues, but I haven't had anything like that. There certainly could be a test-boosting component as well. I haven't measured my test levels before and after taking PrimaVie, but I'm getting a boost similar to what test-boosters would do albeit less intense and for a longer duration. If you want to take it for that purpose, couple it with a dedicated test booster, it has synergistic effects for sure and is an ingredient not typically found in those compounds. My current energy stack includes PrimaVie, Teacrine, Dynamine, and theobromine (from raw cacao powder). I steer clear of caffeine as I am very sensitive to it. This combination modulates adenosine receptors in a way that is not a direct agonist like caffeine, meaning you get a more sustained 'high' without the jitteriness and crash of caffeine. Plus, it doesn't affect your heart rate and is not habit forming. I've tested each of these components separately and have found each to harness a unique energy-boosting effect on the body. PrimaVie elevates mood and cognition, Teacrine is the longest-lasting energy booster, Dynamine gives the strongest immediate impact of the bunch for focusing on tasks, and theobromine serves to enhance the others and is my preferred alternative to caffeine. Good reputable company, didn't have the ratio of Shiljati ingredients. Fair results, I'll try another brand before I feel that it's for me or not.

I started taking this on September 13th, and it seems to make me feel like my brain is swollen, and I have knots in my stomach until after dinner, which is pretty much all day. I stopped taking it for a few days, because I wasn't sure if it was the cause, but I took it again this morning, and I just want to lay down until this feeling goes away. The reason I bought this is because I read a review that this brand was so wonderful, but for me it's not. PART TWO REVISION, October 4th 2023, I started taking this again yesterday, because I found out what was causing my problem. I started drinking Matcha Tea about 4 weeks ago, and didn't realize the amount of caffeine the tea actually has in it. Thank God there were only 20 bags in the box. I ran out and my problems went away. So, so far so good. It gives me a nice boost in my energy, and you're supposed to take it on an empty stomach. This morning I did, but right as I was beginning to eat breakfast. I can definitely feel it starting to work, and I really don't take anything on an empty stomach, because I'm very sensitive to any drug.

Does not meet advertised hype

I mainly noticed improvements while exercising. There's definitely increased energy and strength. I haven't had any joint issues or any nagging muscle pains since taking PrijmaVie. And recovery from hard workouts has been great. Perhaps, its just a coincidence? I don't think so. I waited 2+ months before posting this review. Very impressed with this. I hope it works for you.

I was excited to get this order until I read the ingredients which contains Maltodextrin…. Maltodextrin can cause spikes in blood sugar levels due to its high glycemic index, which may be particularly concerning for individuals with diabetes or insulin resistance. Additionally, excessive consumption may negatively impact gut health and contribute to weight gain and other metabolic issues.
