It’s worked pretty well so far. I have limited space on my desk so I needed a smaller base than most of these have. I’m pleasantly surprised that the collapsable support arms support even flimsy paper - so overall, so far, so good.

although it doesn't fold super flat, it works great! I use this at conferences for brochures leaving more table space. I also use it at the home office when doing presentations on a video call, I'll have it off to the side with any notes I may need. This is not cheaply made either, it can be moved in several different positions and I think you'll be happy once you use it, like I am.

This paper holder is very helpful for studying. I can just place my study materials right on my desk and easily hold them at eye level. I've found this to be very helpful at avoiding neck strain and and really useful for organizing reminders right on my desk.
