Efficiency
Not for use in tight spaces, requires you to use both hands to operate and sometimes require several attempts to release/reset.

Poor Durability
I used this cutter on a few jobs, and the blades quickly lost their sharpness. It doesn't handle tough materials like armored cables well at all. The ratchet mechanism also gets stuck frequently, making it very frustrating to use.
