Connectivity Failures and Support Disappointments
I purchased three units, but two of them consistently failed to maintain a connection. Despite efforts to resolve the issue with the support team, which included installing an Early Access software version—a decision they didn't disclose was irreversible—the problem persisted. The suggestion that the units be placed within 2 feet of the primary access point contradicts the 50-foot range advertised on their website. These issues are also noted by other users in forums. After three months of ownership, my request for a refund was denied. Given these connectivity issues and the lack of effective support, I cannot recommend these products for security purposes.
