Seems to be working. I take one scoop a day even on my rest days and I seem to be growing muscles pretty quickly. I purchased the unflavored, and it's not great. Although I believe the product is working when I put it in water it doesn't really dissolve no matter how much I stir it. It makes it kind of unpleasant to go down and I am forced to chug it fast. *update: customer service reached out and was fantastic. I am still satisfied with the product overall I have found that almond milk is a good low carb way besides water to duck this stuff down. Recommend and will buy again

Great product works well it definitely works I would definitely recommend this product and any product by this company they make good stuff that actually works i definitely noticed a difference when taking it and my weight and strength at the gym went up too

The only downside to this product is the cost. Buying separate micronized creatine and HBM supplements saves considerable cost.
