It's a brand new rear wheel
It's all brand new just like the original. They even leave the whole sprocket assembly loose in case you want to change it or something. Or at least they did with mine. Otherwise you need a special tool to unscrew the whole assembly from the hub. I not talking about all the Phillips head screws holding the black plastic pieces to the sprocket either. They also had the freewheel part of the sprocket that's attached to the hub. So packed with grease it doesn't make that clicking sound when coasting off throttle.I'm not used to brand new brakes either. It's no wonder there was so many bald spots on the other tire. I got my Razor used, it was actually out to the garbage. Only needed a charger & a new rear wheel. The axle was bent, tire was bald in some spots so it rode real ruff even on concrete. Now its so fast & smooth it works so much better & not a bad price really.

Stretched Razor rambler 12
Perfect fitment on my 72v 4inch stretched razor rambler 12 just had to squeeze the ends together since it's stretched but other then that wheel came balanced and alot stronger build then the original wheel I had on there my hydraulic brake/disc mount system went right on this wheel πͺπΎππΌ

Damaged in shipping and possibly defective
It came and it works sort of I guess but the package had giant hold punched in both sides of the box from the axle of the wheel getting slammed around because it had no packing foam. The wheel was bent or something it has a bad wobble up and down when riding it now.

Almost OEM but, just read the review for more details.
The wheel is very well built, all seems to be decent materials except for the bearings. They are tight, grainy, and misaligned. The tire is pretty good, the rim itself is strong metal and decent thickness. As far as I can tell it is true but maybe a sightly off alignment since when the wheel spins it gets harder in certain positions. Nonetheless, if it is misaligned, it's by very little. The spokes are pretty well made and seem to be true. Break is well made. Overall, it's pretty decent for the money. I do suggest it should you not want to spend the money on OEM products. It is half the price, and almost identical.

Worked well for my DIY scooter build.
I've build about a dozen electric scooters, e-bikes and 4-wheel "karts" and In my estimation this is a very economical way to provide a rear drive wheel assembly. The unit includes the rim, tire, tube, freewheel, sprocket AND drum brake all in one tidy package...and at a cost far less than buying these pieces individually. As one other review noted, there is a plastic "guard" around the sprocket but the sprocket itself is steel. And if you want, the plastic guard is easy to remove by just taking out four screws. The rear sprocket is for a #25 chain so you'll just need to make sure the drive sprocket on your motor (or jack shaft) is also for a #25 chain. Also be aware that the width of the rear axle (outside of nut to outside of nut) is just a hair over 5 inches so this assembly will not fit most bmx type bicycle frames without a bit of modification since most of these frames are made to accommodate a 4.5" wide rear wheel assembly. All-in-all, however, this is a great wheel and sprocket assemble to build your DIY scooter around. Oh, and it probably works quite well for its intended purpose in a Razor Pocket Mod.
