I was looking for a focaccia size baking tray. Glass does not work because no matter how much olive oil you put on it, the bread will stick. This is a bit costly but compared to other options for me it was worth the money.

This cake pan is not as described. It is not NonStick. My baked cake looked great but was totally ruined when I tried to remove it even tough I greased the pan lightly. A very expensive pan that is not as described.

Pan is nice no sticking except the coating started peeling after three uses.

I was so excited about this product because of the durability and even heat distribution. I unboxed it and as soon as I started washing it, I realised there is a huge brand embossed on the bottom of it that is going to transfer to my cake. Not impressed. I will have to save this exclusively for brownies, what a waste.

I am a big fan of all things NordicWare - they never disappoint. I needed a pan this size, ordered and it was quickly delivered. I baked a sticky, gooey, cheesy casserole in this pan to test it out. The pan heats and bakes evenly (I have an electric oven) and my casserole was a dream. Even more dreamy was the cleanup! The pan wiped out in a sec, even having been left to cool/dry out for several hours after the meal. I highly recommend this line - I also have a loaf pan and several baking sheets that are simply the best!
