Great MPPT Controller with low temp cutoff
This is a very good MPPT charge controller. I use mine with 12.8 volt LifePo4 batteries (2x 100amp) and 640 watts of solar panels. I know that my 640 watts of panels is more than what this can take in / use, but this way on no so perfect sunny days I can still get the max input. Max solar voltage is 100 volts and I typically only feed it a max of about 40 volts. Also what is great about this charge controller, it has the ability to do low temperature cutoff, which my current Lifepo4 batteries do not have that function built in. The bluetooth connectivity and the app are great for my uses with lots of data metrics. I highly recommend this charge controller.

Shows watts input from solar panels , unlike others that dont show this, charges quickly,
good controller, 4 stars BC had issues with bluetooth connection at first. needed software updates . I like the unit it works fine and shows all the necessary parameters for monitoring things .Running this controller and 800 watts (200X4) of good bifacial panels , they put out 800 +( 835 Watts at one time frame on a cool day in good conditions, n can charge my 2 x 280 Ah 12 volt Ecoworhty batteries in my 19' RV fairly quickly. This system will run heater at night and AC in Day time, off grid is nice as it allows better camping spots less crowded area's ..

Low temp cutoff! Works exactly as described. MPPT is well done. Bluetooth is mandatory
This review is for the 30A version:The user interface without the Bluetooth would be a nightmare. The manual might be OK, but the steps/use would be difficult at best. Pushing buttons to navigate through the menus would be quite frustrating. But the App worked immediately for me on my Android phone and the settings were easy to apply. I really hate cell phones and "apps", but even I could do this in a few minutes. Hooked it up to a couple of 250 watt 36-volt panels in series and a 12-volt 100Ah LIFEPo4 battery box I put together, and it worked like a charm. I tested the low temp cutoff when it was still winter here in Colorado and it worked as expected. You can even change the values if you want to be a bit more conservative. But the defaults as programmed from the factory seemed fine. As I recall, I did have to specifically enable the low temperature protection. It was very obvious how to do that using the application. Note: The 95-volt limit is no joke. It would be great if it could support 150 volts, but this limit is documented in the description, so I have no actual problem with this as far as the product is concerned. Just wishing :).Quality wise, it's one of the better units I have purchased (of about 6 so far). Very happy with this one. These Bouge RV folks seem to be a bit out front of some other brands. The Low temperature charging was a deal maker in my application and the easy/simple application, and the performance was more icing on the cake. Nice to see someone providing these required features at a reasonable price.I did a quick test with some 12V Renogy 150-watt solar panel on my truck against an older but very reliable HQST PWM controller (years of reliable use), and the MPPT did outperform it by a rather easy to see margin. I did not collect enough data to tell you the difference, but it was indeed easy to see from the current applied to the battery in the same solar conditions.I waited to enter this review to make sure the controller would put up with me. It did and I'm very happy with it.Update: The firmware has updated several times since I've owned this. It just tells you there is a new version available and asks you if you want to install it. A few seconds later its updated. Pretty sweet. I haven't noticed any bugs or problems with any of the versions, but its great they are updating the product as time goes on.

BT has issues
60% (3 stars). I would rate this product as indicated because it does about 60% of what it is advertised to do. (My background, 25 years designing and building the most sophisticated Mobile Command Centers for Law Enforcement and Homeland Security in the industry.) The charge controller is well built and does an excellent job of charging and maintaining my LiFePo4 batteries in my Arctic Fox 5th wheel. The on-unit screen provides all the “necessary” information along with my stand alone battery monitor. However, this is BougeRV and this item is promoted as an RV product for off grid RV use with a Blue Tooth app to monitor the controller parameters. This is not BT by my definition of BT. I have several BT devices; hearing aids, Samsung watch, Panasonic link to cell phones and others. With my phone I can use all of these devices without the need to log into my user account via internet. I have had numerous occasions where I have been logged out of my BougeRV account and unable to use the app to monitor the controller. RVing in the western US means I am often more than 20 minutes drive (40 minutes round trip) to the nearest cell tower in order to log back into my account. I have communicated several times with BougeRV to provide a means that is truly BT. This is still unresolved and I am anxious to find a solution. The second issue is range of the “BT”. My watch and my hearing aids connect to my phone anywhere in my house. This controller “BT” app cannot connect to the controller when I am sitting on my sofa in my RV with the controller no more than 10 feet away in an under compartment. (My tire TPMS connects 30’ away to with an extender antenna). I am generally happy with this controller but must deduct 30% to 40% for the app function. You decide.

Good quality, performs well
These work very well. A bit of a learning curve without the Bluetooth app but once downloaded and installed on my phone I had no issues.
