**edited to add... you CAN switch the sides. When I first put this together I though you couldnt but I figured it out!I love this couch! I read soooo many reviews on so many couches but ended up choosing this one. I have a 450 Sq ft studio/tiny house so this functions as our couch and also my bed! It did not take 2 hours to put together, it's mostly all assembled you just have to connect the pieces really. The USB works and charges, the storage in the chaise is bigger than I thought, the cushions are soft and squishy once you follow the fluffing directions ( see photo for before and after fluffing). I will say I'm bummed because the side the chaise is on is confusing. I'll also say I'm 5'2" and the chaise is perfect for me but I can see how I wouldn't be if I was a few inches taller (see photo). I am a big girl over 300lbs and it feels super sturdy and I trust the 600lb weight limit as my daughter (around 100lbs) and I can lay on it with no issues at all. I can sit & lay on the pull out part and trust it fully, although it did come off the tracks when i slept only on that part. Would be nice if the back was taller and the back cushions had velcro to attach to the back, but the arm rests are perfect, the cup holders are nice, and it really is super comfortable to sit and to sleep!

The couch is good for what we intend to use it for. We are using it in our movie room and it works fine. The cushions are about as comfortable as outdoor furniture cushions. The couch is comfortable if you’re only sitting in it for 3-4 hrs. If you plan on using this as a main sitting couch in a living room I wouldn’t recommend it. I think for the price though it is hard to beat for what you get. If this couch is what your budget can afford then it might be hard to beat it at that price. Our showed up with a tear in one of the sides. Im not going to contact the seller because it probably happened from the clowns at usps tossing it around and not the manufacture. It was packaged pretty good and it was super easy to put the pieces together, with clear instructions. We are happy with it and have already got some use from it with a couple movies.

It's smaller than I expected but it was easy to assemble. Make sure to open both boxes before you assemble some parts we're on different boxes. Great for storage for pillows and blankets. If you have a small studio or apartment this is great.

Nice couch, fairly comfortable. However, the slide out part of the couch falls down sometimes when weight is put on it so you can’t sit directly on the extended part. It’s easy to pull back up and isn’t technically broken but it is annoying. Also the cushions move a lot because they are separate from the couch and don’t have anything holding them in place

It’s uncomfortable and smaller than it looks on the photo. When you try to use the pull out part of the couch the cushions keep falling off the usb doesn’t work. Buy a different couch it’s horrible and fabric rips easily had it for less than a month and it’s horrible already the fabric is starting to tare

This couch im is great for small apt the pull out sleeper is a great added benifit especially if you have animals that want to be close

The media could not be loaded. The couch is decent it really is but the left arm does not sit evenly or properly like the right arm of the couch does! I didn’t expect it to be top of the line but I expected it to be a little more durable. We have 2 little girls and 1 big English mastiff. So we didn't want to spend a lot on a couch that was going to get beat up. It was simple to assemble and it's actually fairly comfy. I am curious to see how long it holds up. There are a few things that look like the wrong move and they will break. Like the hinges on the arm rest storage. But overall I would buy this couch for that price again.
