Great value.
I bought these for creating raised stencils on my mixed media craft works. These are great value and perfect for a beginners use as they are lightweight so easier to use allowing better control and just right for smaller projects and crevices/angles. They seem quite sturdy but I doubt these would last for years as the handles are only plastic. Having said that, I think they'd last for a while giving you value for your money.

Quality of these knives is very low. Handle is cheap plastic with minor defects. Blades are thick, and bend not so easily. I'd recommend to find other option if possible.
