It's festival and very beautiful. There are some rough stitches and mismatched area, but this is a handmade item so I think it still deserves at least a 4 stars.

This is a very elaborate decoration. It looks great. The red is just the right shade. It looks somewhat see-through and lightweight in the photos but it's really not. It's a solid fabric that has a handmade quality to it.
