I don’t know exactly what is in them because it’s not clearly listed. I do think it’s a good product. I use it on my knees, Hip and shoulder. It’s not an instant relief, but if you continue using them overtime, at least for me, the pain subsided. They do not have a strong smell, And you can easily use them under your clothing since they are flush to your skin and not noticeable

My knees are really bad so I'm not sure if the patch is enough for what I need.

I don’t know what medicine is inside. I wound up breaking out. I have a lot of allergies. It doesn’t state what medicine is inside. I gave them to my co-worker.

Got them for my husband's knees. The patch is thin and feels like paper. They did nothing for his pain. I don't recommend them.

I know it's only a temp fix but it's an excite fix and I've passed it on to others and I'm doing better then having to see a orthopedic and physical therapist. I'm about to get another order because I use them every day on both knees. I missed using it one day and I could tell the difference. I can go to the store and if a riding chair isn't available I've walked up and down the aisle for what I wanted and needed without cutting my visit short. Thank you so much

I tried them for knee pain relief. They rolled up under my clothes. Never once did one stay in place. I tried them on my knees, on my shoulder, and lower neck. No appreciable pain reduction, but then that isn’t surprising, since every one I tried either rolled up like a cigar, or crumpled into a wadded ball. I don’t recommend these for any purpose.
