For the price, this is a gorgeous skirt. The fall or winter look of a skirt like this with a black or taupe top, and a black or taupe suede boot/shoe, is just off the charts gorgeous. I found this skirt as an alternative to a very expensive silk/satin skirt and it is very nice. It isn't too light/thin, and has a very nice hang to it considering how economical the price is. The waist band is a wide elastic band which works. The sizing is good as I ordered an XL and this will very loose on me which is what I was shooting for as I'm between a L and XL so if I want a loose fitting item, I size up. This is really a beautiful skirt. It is also very simple and lightweight. The only real issue I have is that it is light enough that even taking it out to photograph and inspect, it already shows static issues. Satin is not good in the winter for static and this is just light enough where it is a problem. I think wearing a slip and spraying with static guard should fix it but this is a very nice and very reasonably prices stylish status look item.

I don’t know why this skirt has mixed reviews. Is not a skirt to dress up for dinner or special occasions, but something to consider as another addition for summer time. Better to pair up with spaghetti strap tops in beige, white or black and voila! Will post a picture as soon as I get a top for it.

Cute skirt. I liked the fit and the texture, but I beaded/frayed after a couple of wears.

The skirt does not look like the picture AT ALL. Very cheaply made and for the price. I found this skirt in the picture at H & M for the same price but much better material.
