Update: This company had amazing customer service!! Resolved my issue immediately. Don't hesitate if you need a cool billiards light, this one is awesome!Great Light, but stopped working only after a couple months. Waste of money...

Love it!!! It It is insanely bright @ the highest setting but you can totally adjust the brightness. I don't know why so many people leaving reviews on here say that there is no option to turn the O and T on and off. There is literally a whole separate toggle switch for that feature!!!! I could have found it with my eyes closed. Maybe there was an older model without it previously?? Not sure, but this one certainly has the "Hello There" to "Hell Here" capability!!

I love this sign. Was so skeptical to purchase and this one is perfect. Easy to use and I love the feature to turn off the letter O and letter T. It's the perfect sign for good days and bad days. You can also adjust the brightness and the color is the perfect brightest shade of pink.

My special needs son loves bowling and this was the perfect gift for him. I love the fact that you can dim or brighten the light which works great at night.

I've been wanting a "HELL(o) (t)HERE" sign since I was a kid and this one does not disappoint. Color is nice, very simple to hang up, brightness is easily adjustable, and I really love the option to switch from "hell here" to "hello there". It's not as big as I'd prefer it to be, but I honestly expected it to be smaller and way lower in quality. Pleasantly surprised!
