Very good quality tapioca. Use it for gluten free baking. Makes bread light and fluffy.

I bought this tapioca flour specifically to make Brazilian Cheese Bread, Pão De Queijo. My recipe was simple, and the flour worked as expected. The texture was as expected. I will definitely purchase this product again in the future. It is a large bag, so it should last me a while.

No complaints about the product, per se, but the packaging leaves much to be desired. For nearly $25 for 5 pounds of flour, one would think the “reclosable” bag would reclose. After multiple attempts, I gave up and dumped the unused portion into a gallon zip-lock.

Anthony's brand is the best! I have bought many of Anthony's herbs, spices and flours. They always arrive fresh. This bag was fresh. I love that it's gluten free. I bake with a lot of different gluten free flours. It's bright white and light in texture. Not a direct 1:1 replacement for white flour. I recommend following a recipe that calls for tapioca to use this in. Great brand! I highly recommend any Anthony's Organic products!

I was excited to receive this large bag of tapioca flour as I have a few recipes I'd like to try using this. Only disappointed to see it expires in less than 3 months! I will not have this bag finished in 3 months, I bought the large bag as it was better value for money. No now!
