Better then using a brace and these do work for me
I like these patches.They work for me but I'd kind of a challange to get the paper off the patch. It would be nice if they were a tab bigger because I don't use them like your suppose to. I put them on the inside of my knee.That's were my pain is at and they work. And it would be nice if you had more of an amount instead of 12 for this price.
