Love the suitcase may get the bigger version next time. I get so many compliments when I travel. The bag and water holder are definitely a plus when I want to keep my hands free to hold my Stanley or coats. Disclaimer ur Stanley won’t fit only standardize sizes like a water bottle.

Love the concept but cord broke inside the front pocket wish the cord was a bit more durable for my heavy power bank

I've only taken one trip with it so far but it did great, inside is well thought out and it functioned great . Update: taken lots of trips with this and it is still performing perfectly, nothing broken. Makes going through the airports easier . Fits overhead storage easily.

The Feilario luggage seemed quite sturdy when I purchased it. It is good looking and well-designed with padded areas for laptops or tablets, and a built in cable for a battery so you can charge your phone (battery is not included). The interiors are lined with zippered side closures. BUT…the strap that holds your clothes in place came out of the slot in the corner of the case where it has been inserted…and no wonder why. The strap is folded and help in place by 3 ordinary staples. The TSA looked in my bag and must have tugged on the strap and pulled it out. Unfortunately, there is no way to reinsert it, as the corner fixture is riveted in place. I am disappointed.

I bought this luggage 24’ and 26’. The 24’ one has a defective lock, I requested a return for exchange. Dropped of my luggage at UPS and look at my return status which says return item was received but I did not return the luggage. How am I returning the item without the item? Make it make sense, and mind you I requested a return for exchange for the 24’ luggage only and I got the new luggage, which they shouldn’t charge me for extra but they still do for the same amount of original luggage.Now review on the actual luggage, I took the 26’ ones to a week in LA, as soon as I got to baggage drop to retrieve my luggage, there’s a dent and scratches on my luggage already for a 3 hours flight only. The luggage is not durable and not very spacious as advertised. The luggage can break easily if handled roughly hence why mine is having scratches and dents within 3 hours flight.I gave it a one star only because then of double charging me when their policy was to replace a new luggage without extra charge, and they received the defective luggage back. Another reason they deserved one star is for false advertising for spacious and durable luggage.

First, the price was better than another site’s even though the quality and specs were the same. Secondly, we loved the design, the charger, cup holder, and ease of use around the airport and travel areas. Totally recommend this!

Sturdy, rolls with ease, love the cup holder and side hooks. The charger doesn’t work and the zippers are not the best.
