his hat is better made than the less expensive competitors and can be made to fit almost anybody. The toggle strap is long enough to be easily held temporarily is sturdy. The older model of this hat had a velcro closed pocket for credit cards or cash, but that seems to have been discontinued. Highly recommended.

Excellent sun protection

I wear this hat when I am outside working in the yard. It protects me well from the sun and the neighborhood ladies. Lately, I've spent a lot of time in the yard digging trenches for conduit and drain pipe. Activities like this are bound to attract the attention of nearby women. When they see a man who can dig a nice clean trench and lay pipe, they start to wonder if that is the only thing I can lay. This is where the hat comes into play. No self respecting women would consider relations with someone wearing a hat this goofy and floppy. I won't do yard work without it.

Over the years I have purchased many hats for my husband because he is out in the sun a lot, and he is never happy with what I have purchased, until this hat. It covers the back of his neck; can adjust the tightness of the brim area; and gives good coverage over his eyes. It is very lightweight (which he likes), but of course it can get hot (like any other hat). Going to order another one so he'll have a back-up when this one bites the dust.

First I hate wearing hats!! But since I live in a hot area in CA where the sun is relentless I needed to start caring about the damage it can cause. The brim is sturdy enough and wide enough to keep all sun off the face. The back flap that protects ur neck is lightweight and lays across the neck upper back area. U can choose to roll it up if u choose. The side straps r great when the gusts of wind (furnace blasts) strike up. Seems lightweight but have not worn it for any length of time over an hour. Next week taking it on my camping trip and will have a better idea after that.

It blocks sun but hat design itself is more of a fit for women. Deceptive photo. Good construction and materials and I’m sure women will love it but as a guy it looks weird on me! But the company itself has a good reputation and many products but the range of hats they actually seem have on Amazon is limited. I learned about the conpany from my USPS mail carrier but could not find the hat on Amazon that matched the one of my mail carrier. They must have gone directly to the manufacturer site. I don’t order online from any company except Amazon. Too many hassles w other vendors. So some “Unisex”’designs don’t work!

Very Light weight, and adjust to your head size

I am a repeat buyer of this product. It gives me the best coverage protecting my neck, ears and face. The adjustable straps are great.
