I have been wanting and needing some kind of bread box for a long time. I didn't want anything big and bulky, taking up counter space. I love Pepperidge Farm oat bread, but this presented a problem because my bread is oversized and all of the sleeves were for standard size only. While hunting for something, once again, I had the good fortune to come across this sleeve and so I ordered it immediately. Fabulous! My loaf slid right in there perfectly. Now my bread won't attract insects or rodents. It will stay fresh. And because this container is sized perfectly, I can put it in my cupboard on its side or stand it upright and not loose counter space. This sleeve is made of a high quality clear plastic with a nice lid that snaps on tightly to seal the freshness in and unwanted visitors out. I am thrilled with this oversized container (that can store other things like any other stand-up food storage container). I can HIGHLY recommend this product (and many thanks to the manufacturer for being the only one out there to make an oversized bread container for us). 😃

I hate twist ties and bread clips so I tried this. You have to slit the bag the bread comes in to fit it over the bread buddy, but after that it keeps Dave’s killer bread soft and fresh—even when you buy 2 loaves at a time at Costco. Looks neater and you can store bread loaves vertically so they take up less room on the counter.

so far store bought bread Arnold multi grain bread. Perfect fit. We were so tired of having to twist tie loaf every time. I'm please with this. Some family members would tie with too much air in loaf, which did not help with keeping bread fresh.

My suggestion is to enlarge the box to fit two loaves. That's what I expected, but two would not fit. My loaves were not huge but still too big.
