A tad expensive I felt, but it solved a problem and I can't fault it..
Hmmm... a review for a cable... Not a hugely easy product to review. Ah well, here goes:I needed it to drive an external USB-C second touchscreen monitor from my laptop - a Dell XPS17.The cable that came with the monitor was too short for my needs, and none of my other cables were successfully driving it. I ended up using separate signal and power, and basically building a small rats nest in my work area. This cable works fine, driving signal, touch capability and power all in one cable. It's a really thick chunky job, solid, reassuring, doesn't knot up all over the place, and seems to be strong.I've not been able to fully test its power rating, but based on the size alone, it seems credible.

Brilliant, bulletproof bit of kit.
Brilliant, bulletproof bit of kit. I've owned mine for 2 years now and its literally unbreakable. You save yourself a fortune in the long run. My partner goes through several £2.99 cables per year. Wasteful and expensive behaviour if you ask me. Get this Cable instead, it's beautiful and never tangles and never lets you down!

Resolved My Monitor Woes, Quality Yet to Be Tested
I'll admit, I made a rookie mistake 18 months before I purchased this Maxonar Thunderbolt 4 Cable. Being unfamiliar with the distinction between Thunderbolt and USB-C, I had a frustrating 18 months with my second monitor not cooperating when connected to my laptop hub. My attempts with HDMI switches and multiple wires only led to a mess of cables. I had not realised that USBC (Gen 3.1 and mega fast) was not a Thunderbolt cable! However, upon realizing my misunderstanding, I decided to give this Thunderbolt 4 Cable a shot. The results were immediate and gratifying – both HDMI ports on the dock began working seamlessly. Finally, I achieved the dual monitor setup I had been aiming for.As for the cable itself, I'm cautiously optimistic. The immediate functionality improvement makes me hopeful, but I can't yet vouch for its long-term quality and durability. Given my prior misstep, I'm hoping this cable will hold up over time without any hitches.I am happy as this cable has resolved my connectivity issues and untangled my web of wires. While it's too early to definitively assess its quality, I'm content with its current performance and look forward to a clutter-free, dual monitor setup moving forward.

Great fast charger, great customer service
After receiving the item it stopped working outside the 30 days returns window so reached out direct to the supplier Maxonar. They were responsive to my emails and kept me informed about a replacement which was despatched within a couple of days. The cable is very quick and am happy with it

Great performance & high quality cable
I had bought the Thunderbolt 3 version of this Maxonar cable and was very pleased. That gave me the confidence to go for this one. The cable is well made and feels robust; it's a quality item and comes with a neat cable tie so that you can store it away and avoid getting it tangled. I've recently bought one of the 2021 MacBook Pros with the M1 chip and I can confirm it charges properly through my 4K Samsung screen and the picture is crystal clear. I've had no issues whatsoever and would certainly buy another. I'm still using the Thunderbolt 3 cable from Maxonar with a Thunderbolt Hub on my 2020 iMac and it's firing on all cylinders. All and all very pleased and would highly recommend these. I should mention that a nice touch on this version is the inclusion of a number 4 on the cable end so you don't mix cables up and know what's what.

Works perfectly
Works perfectly for my needs, daisy chained two monitors via DP In / Out with a different cable and then connected to laptop via the USB-C port with this one. Good value.

Just what I required
Excellent, great length, does what I wanted which was to connect a portable monitor via usbc port from laptop to monitor for both a Mac OS set up and a windows work laptop. Meaning only one cable required until I need to charge laptop or MacBook.I tend to order braided cables as I always think they last longer.Wasn’t the cheapest one of these I could buy, but I read reviews of others and this one seemed to have the most positive comments. Can’t talk about longevity as only been using it for about a week. But it is working as it should since I got it.I ordered the 2m one as I hate having cables that don’t reach where I need them to without stretching.Arrived well packaged and if required plastic end tips on cable at each end and velcro wrap to keep rolled whilst storing

Great cable for the price
I have been a long time user of Maxonar Thunderbolt cables. Always impeccable quality. I recently bought this 1.2m Thunderbolt 4 cable as I wanted to have a minimal desktop set up. This wire does 3 functionalities. It supports data transfer at speeds up to 40Gbps, supports power till 100W (for charging) and act as a replacement of HDMI cable especially if your laptop has type C (for charging and data sharing). So I charge my laptop through my monitor and my laptop can share all the content on my monitor through this wire too. Helps in creating a minimal desktop. Highly recommend.
