I use this at work and love it. It’s the only strainer I use. There’s no leakage around the sides, feels great and looks great. I also like how sturdy the spring feels. I’ve always used cocktail kingdom strainers and felt pretty satisfied with them but this is definitely superior. Also there’s really no reason to double strain when you have this strainer.

Use these behind the bar 45+ hours of the week, both in a craft cocktail environment and in a dive bar. More durable and cheaper than most of the other professional-grade strainers, and the tighter coils for the gate help to catch a lot of small ice and debris, especially if I don't have time to double strain with a fine mesh strainer. Not amazing for split pouring (but can be done), and probably too heavy and cumbersome for anyone with small hands; but if you can adapt your ergonomics to accommodate, you'll be happy with how well these work.

Made out of nice solid materials, inferior functionality when controlling pouring. Would not recommend.

This works great for straining my Manhattans. I normally use a self straining shaker but I stir my Manhattans and felt better about using this strainer. The shaker that I use when I make my Manhattans is also a Viski so it makes a set.

Good quality and tight coils.

Design is exceptional. The gun metal finish is sleek and attractive. Durability is excellent. Ease of use and effective fine straining makes this a wonderful piece of equipment! Be wary of electroplated equipment. I encourage professionals to utilize the stainless steel model. The plates finish tends to peel and chip.

Amazing fine hawethorne style strainer. Used for 8 months at a high volume bar and coil remained tight and was even tight enough to strain for martinis and forms two great pour lines which is a huge perceived value visually at the bar. Beautiful piece and very very pleased with the price point as well!

I have the Viski large mixing glass, and my original strainer was much to small. Bought this one, as it stated that it fits the large glass. It fits, but just, its almost too small, and wants to fall into the glass. That said, its very nice, looks great, and does the job if you are careful.

Beautiful weighted strainer with a nice tight spring. Unfortunately the gunmetal aspect started to peel off from the handle before the end of a single bar shift.
