Seems to be the only thing that has helped lower my cholesterol.

This was recommended by a friend. I'm taking this in hopes to lower my cholesterol. I'm taking 1 capsule a day (bedtime) only and after just 1 week, my entire body is achy and my knee pain is worse. I googled and found these symptoms are a side effect of the active ingredient ; Monacolin K. So I guess the good news is this has good quality active ingredients. The bad news is I will have to further taper down the dosage until my body can make the adjustments.

Perfect to lower my cholesterol naturally! I chose this product because with the milligrams per serving, two pills, I can take just one to get the amount I need personally, which means I get twice as many servings. Great price per serving that way. A penny for sizing reference.

No issues to speak of with this supplement. It is too early to find out if there have been any appreciable positive results from lab work yet. The capsules are easy to swallow and there have been no noticeable after effects.

Took 2 of these consistently every day, one in the morning and one at night, for 6.5 months. It lowered my LDL cholesterol from 142 to 114 (19.72%). Only other consistent lifestyle changes were adding fish oil (2 a day - unlikely to affect LDL) and psyllium husk (3-6 days per week). This bottle will last a long time at that rate. Currently trying a different product with 20:1 extract to see if it is more effective, but you have to take 4 a day of those, so I've gone through many more bottles and dollars. This one was a great first trial. Only symptom was waking up with blurry vision for the first 2-3 months, which was apparently dry eyes because eye drops resolved it, but I'm not 100% sure it was caused by this supplement.
