Brilliant idea and a useful product
This is incredibly simple but a fantastic product that can have a massive positive impact on your child’s mood. It can be a little annoying to fold flat but my wife manages it easily! It’s a small pop up tent but it shuts out light and gives your child a quiet place they can use anywhere to take themselves away and have some quiet time or just a place to be alone. It’s simple and effective and I would recommend it for anyone with young children, neurodivergent or not.

Easy To Put Up/Take Down, Great for the Toddler That Needs Their Own Space!
As a dad of two girls (4 year old and 18 month old) there can be a lot of bickering between the two. The older of the two definitely needed her own space where she could chill and this seemed like the perfect thing for that. This has been an instant hit, resulting in the couch cushions having almost permanently moved into this - along with a few soft toys and light - at my daughters request.✅Positives✅+ This is fantastic at blocking out light. This is in part thanks to the sleek silver fabric that lines the inside. You can see some very small holes in areas from manufacturing that let a dot of light through but this in no way is easy to spot.+ Can be folded almost completely flat very easily for convenient storage if you don't want to attempt getting it into the carry bag (see my negatives).+ Very competitively priced against other sensory tents.+ A dad can fit in here with some manoeuvrability (we need peace too!).❌Negatives❌- I think the design of holding the door up/open could have been better. My older daughter is unable to do this herself (requires a knot to be tied). Would have been better if there was velcro or some sort of toggles to hook into the loops.- The instructions for folding this thing back into the carry bag were extremely difficult to follow. My first attempt had twisted the frame inside and the tent wouldn't sit right. I had to manually twist the frame back into shape so I can see how this can result in damage that others have experienced. The video in the product description here shows how easy it can be!❓Conclusion❓Whether your child needs a place to relax or even just a small cosy area for themselves, this tent is the perfect solution. Other than the vague instructions for folding this into the carry bag I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic
The tent provides excellent blackout capabilities to help reduce sensory overload. It's easy to set up and comes with a convenient travel carry bag for easy transportation. My autistic nephew love it and use it every time he feels overwhelmed. Fantastic product

Tent won’t stand stright
This tent doesn’t stand up straight when unfolded. It’s like the tent poles are permanently bent from being folded up. Unusable!! Very disappointed.

Easy to put up, great play/relaxation space for kids
This tent springs easily into shape once removed from its travel bag, in fact it's quite vigorous so a little care should be taken. Once it's up though it is light, easily handled and sturdy with no sharp edges. The inside is cosy and can be sealed effectively against the light, our small child enjoying the ability to cut off the outside world at a whim (albeit with a little help to fasten the velcro as the stretch of the tent means two of the pads are slightly further apart than would be ideal; still fully useable though). There is space inside for a small child and numerous playthings, as well as any cushions, small blankets etc. that might be desired; overall it makes for a very comfy little den. The sensory isolation aspect means it is a quiet and calm environment inside which definitely seems to help relaxation, particularly with a toy or two that will keep a child's attention for a little while. Folding the tent back into its travel bag is a little fiddly, but in our house it is pretty much a permanent fixture in place now anyway. Although the price may seem a little high at first, this really is a quality tent and for the enjoyment gained it's not a lot to ask.

Excellent quality
This tent comes in a nice little storage bag. However, once it's out it's like an impossible task to get it back in there. When you open the tent you need to be careful as it literally springs up into your face. Once erected, it's quite sturdy despite it being lightweight. It feels like a strong and good quality product. It doesn't feel cheap and neither does it look cheap. It's quite spacious inside. I have 2 boys, 4 & 6 year old and they both fit in together nicely. Its silver grey on the inside and black on the outside. It has a flap (for the door) with velcro all around it. You can even roll up the flap and tie it with the strings to keep the "door" open. My only issue with it is that it's just impossible to fold it back down.

Ruined by poor instructions
This should have been a five star review, but...We waited to review this until we had the help of our friends' children, and 8 year old with autism and a lively 3 year old. They absolutely loved it, in and out of it all day. I don't think that the dark/sensory aspects mattered to them; it could have been rainbow coloured and they still would have sat in in playing. But then it all went wrong. The tent explodes out of its bag when you first open it, so there's no chance to observe how to refold it in reverse - and the illustrated instructions are, frankly, as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Four adults with advanced DIY skills and university degrees could make neither head nor tail of them, and after forty minutes - yes, forty - of attempting to repack it had only managed to damage it so that it now resides in the bin. One mistaken twist and the thing was bent and essentially broken. We were all really sad, given how much the kids loved it, but unless the manufacturers can come up with better instructions on how to fold the blasted thing any future purchaser is likely to find their £30 useless in minutes. A simple online video would do it, with a link clearly printed on the bag.
