Bad for your stomach.
This gummies are very intense in taste and spicy, after taking them experience terrible heartburn which persists in the night even when gummies taken (recommended dose) during the day after the meal. It completely impacted my gut system and burning sensation waking me at night, therefore this product is not suitable for us. Never had a heartburn problem before. This is absolutely waste of money.
