Eschenbach Optik Mobilux Economy 10x Pocket Magnifier with NF Bulb (35 mm) White

I purchased this for my wife who is partially sighted. She has a number of different magnifiers but needed a small compact one to use at work. This magnifier has a very clear lens that makes reading small fonts easy. It is also extremely compact so it will fit in her handbag easily and is also quite light in weight. On the negative side it has a filament bulb, as it is described, but this does make the illumination a little dim. I suspect that I could find a replacement led bulb if I hunt round on the web. The other issue is that it does not have a cover so the lens is a bit vulnerable when being transported, this is easily remedied by using a mobile phone sock. All in all it is great value for money and does exactly what it says on the tin. My wife is very pleased with it and would recommend it to anybody else with her condition.

Magnifier is very small. Not very good for my Mum in law who has macular degeneration.
