These are terrific!! So....I always keep, Grips, Ropes, Caribiner Clips, Bands etc....in my gym bag. I despise searching the entire gym for these items and wasting time waiting for others to finish. One day someone had these grips in the gym and I had the opportunity to try them and really loved them. The hand placement is terrific and I feel like they support your grip and hand in the most perfect way that allows you to focus on the muscles you are focusing on during the exercise. They are not expensive for the terrific way in which they are constructed and the quality really is excellent! I would highly recommend these and as a matter of fact they also make a tricep version for push downs that I use as well and train abs with crunches as well. Wonderful products.. Give them a try. I am most certain you will enjoy having them, using them and no longer mis matching handles because you had to search the gym for missing equipment....Just an added bonus.

Grips are very well made and offer a great feel

Grip is great and helps alleviate pressure while lifting. Recommend if you have wrist issues.Update: as in another reviewers pics one of the handles stitching did come undone. I'm afraid I'll have to order another pair. I did have them for 7 months and used them heavily. From cable Flys for chest, arms and back. I do PPL 6 days a week for reference.

Worth it

I was really enjoying these ergo grips until today. While doing cable flies I heard a popping noise, and the cable jerked. I looked and all of the stitching gave way. I looked and these are not eligible for return. They lasted 2 months. Very disappointed.Update. Shortly after I left the review their customer service team reached out to me. They apologized for the inconvenience. They then offered to replace the handles and refund the cost. Very impressed with this company and will def check out the other items they have.On another note I also have there ero tricep rope, and also very happy with that item.

I have been lifting weights for 40 years and I was having trouble with elbow pain after doing single arm pulldowns or rows. These handles make it much easier to maintain your grip compared to typical handles. This reduces your forearm workout, but that is ok with me because I no longer have sore elbows.

Great for isolating your biceps on cable machines- can relax your grip and use the palm of your hand.

fits in the hand nicely. Minor complaint I wish left and right were labelled as the connector on the actual cable rotates and i get confused which is which. I may paint this on myself...
