Bought these lights to replace lights in our lodge,beautiful lights and excellent value for money had a small problem with one of the glass shades the hole for hanging the shade was slightly off centre knocking off the shade that made it sit at an angle ,contacted the company sent them pictures and replaced the whole light fitting excellent service would highly recommend this buyer and the lights.

Great product but discovered one of shades cracked when unboxed however, no damage to packaging. Is there any way I can purchase a replacement shade as packaging was thrown away & the unit has been intalled & is working? Do I have to have original packaging to return whole unit to obtain replacement?

Had to shorten the cables quite a bit to get the look that I wanted, but very pleased with them. Pleased with the quality and they give a bright light in the garden room. Good value for money.

Before delivery I received an Amazon message from the seller saying if it’s arrived damaged let is know.Firstly I found this odd.After 100s of Amazon orders this year, 1000’s over my account years, I don’t think I’ve ever received a pre delivery message telling me about damage risk and next steps too only then receive a damaged item.It was packed well the internal main box looks ok.Polystyrene was poor, I can’t say whether it was or has been opened before but upon taking the globe out. It’s clear it’s very cheap glass and has clearly taken a scuff. It’s a white heavy graze so clearly noticeable. It’s gone straight back for a refundI appreciate even if the glass isn’t high quality you don’t exactly touch it daily but clearly poor enough to scuff so not really the fresh illustrative end piece I was hoping forI was overall disappointed with this even though it’s low cost (should have thought better) and also benefitted from a voucher promo aswellOther than that it looked OK but my trust in requesting an exchange/ replacement was tarnished.I didn’t proceed to unpack any further. The return was also mild drama in me foolishly picking a Evri drop off (no printer required) then finding a drop off location with a working printer made things worse and ended up at my fourth CoOp tonight to find a working locationAs much as this directly was unrelated to the product. This problem and frustration wouldn’t have occurred had the item not been damaged and now I’m not willing to buy another one from this manufacturer.Globe/glass damages do appear to be a common factor in some of these review and given the retailers message I received ahead of the delivery suggest on the balance of probability the retailer/ manufacturer could be aware of a quality issue in this productI can’t prove anything beyond this but the retail box was in order no drops or dents but questions arise otherwise regarding the items QA and or product packing

Looks great when fitted. I ordered 5 for my hall and they fit the decor perfectly. Really disappointed though that the lovely brass screws to hold the shade in place were missing in some of them. I’ve had to search for replacement ones which cost more money which adds to the cost of them. I couldn’t find a way to contact the seller.The seller got in touch after seeing this review and have resolved the issues.
