Easy to use

do not buy!
Id give a 0 star if i could.These were so rough on my nipples and caused nipple trauma. I sized appropriately and purchased several different flange inserts. These were the worst ive ever used!They are very "sticky" making your skin stick to them rather than glide- even with pump spray or lubricant.
