This is my third purchase of good good jams. This black currant flavor is really not as sweet tasting as other flavors I have used. Honestly it is not sweet enough for me. I am used to non sugar sweeteners but this flavor is almost too citrusy sour.I like the forest fruit blend the best and will buy that again after I eat this.

It wasn't sweet as you expect jam to be, sort of almost savory.

I eat Blackcurrant Jam all the time. It's probably my favorite. This is quite different. Don't get me wrong. I love the Low Carbs! I normally use jams on toast after putting butter on it, like in the picture. I like the contrasting taste it produces. This pretty much does the same. So, that's good too. This is somewhat watery, not fully jelled as other jams. Maybe it needs more pectin? For me, it needs some Stevia. That's how I will eat the rest of the jar.

The texture and color are good but the taste needs real work. It tastes acidic and rather fllat. I added Stevia to a serving and it was then okay. I don't plan on buying it again.
