With the usual British weather being prepared for the rain is essential. I was very thankful to have this umbrella through the wet summer and wetter winter. It's easy to take out, fitting into bags and pockets. It's hold against the wind as well as any similar sized umbrella. It's easy to fold away and store quickly and conveniently. Going to buy a couple more to not keep swapping one between bags.

Bought this as a travel umbrellas to take with me on various trips. I didn't really have any intention of using it but wanted to have one just-in-case. A couple of weeks after purchase I took it with me on a short trip and when I arrived in the other country I was greeted by torrential rain, thunder and lightning, so I decided to try out this purchase.The case is small and compact so fitted in my bag nicely. Easy to open and pop up, ready in under 30 seconds. The umbrella worked as expected and kept me well protected from the very heavy rain. It folded down again very easy once the car arrived to collect me, and It took less than a minute to pack it all up again. Great purchase, v happy with it.

Bought for me daughter to take to school in her bag.Comes in nice carry case plus additional bag.Folds very compact so takes up less room.She's used it a couple of times and is happy with it. Although she has said it's difficult for her to collapse

These seem a bit cheap and also not very small or durable and I regret my purchase. I will buy the more standard tiny ones (handbag size) you can pick up in shops/supermarkets for around ten pounds in future as they are superior quality.

Brilliant wee umbrella, took in hand luggage for my holiday thankfully only needed it once but it served it's purpose

The mechanism for keeping the umbrella open did not work well and it was hit or miss if it would stay open. Sadly returned for a refund as there’s lots to like about it, its size and weight are perfect for travelling. Maybe I was just unlucky with the one I had.

This is great for my daughter, as she can pack it in a her school bag and keep for rainy days
