This product is good works fine I get some black head and I have been able to get them out. As far as the brush i love it when it comes to prep my face and shaving my head its an amazing brush

Two of these devices were ordered and returned. On the first occasion, the device received had a non-functional middle button (light). Upon being pressed, the button remained depressed and failed to reset. Following this discovery, I issued a return for the defective item, and a replacement was sent. Unfortunately, the replacement device was also defective. The top button (clean) appeared damaged, and there were visible indications that someone attempted to repair it rather than categorizing it as defective and replacing it with a properly functioning product. These repeated issues raise questions regarding the quality assurance (QA) process and why two defective devices were shipped consecutively to the same address. I respectfully request that another replacement be sent to remedy these two issues. Amazon's only option was to refund the money, but my daughter requires immediate measures to rectify the situation.

The product is good with good enough suction power. When you are using a high power some sensitive skin may have marks of the suction so this is to be taken care of. The product is bigger than I anticipated and it is not waterproof so be careful to wash after the use.

I recently transferred to a new city and this 3 in 1 Umickoo made my life very easy. As I don't need to search parlour in a hurry. Blackhead remover great with multiple sizes. Multiple Brushes are there to penetrate the skin, clean and massage. Attachment for scrub is great. It works well. Built quality is quite good, looks very primium. Charge stays for long. It also comes with a sturdy stand. In one word I would say SAVIOUR. Total value for money. The only thing I am sceptical about is that whether I could buy the attachments that will be worn out after multiple uses. I ve purchased it a month ago, so I don't know how it turns later. But till now I m happy with the purchase.
