I wrote down as much as i could of the ingredients-the words went by so fast it was hard to get them,but i did the best I could.I have watched the long behind ad 3 times in 1 year.Not one of the things Tom Harris-if thats his real name-he said it had -certain things that make brown fat???The herbs are not on the lable of the bottle.In fact so far I have gained weight.So tired of scams.I started with this product in such a happy mood-Sould have known it was too good to be true.There is no kuduz root,Holy basil,Korean ginsing root,Tree bark or any of the other things he said are in it.They should give me my money back.He never told us the rice hack-the real reason we started watching in the first place.Scam.Scam,Scam!!!!!!!!

I'm using this product to lose weight after taking it for a week and I have not lost any weight at all. And there is a no return policy so I'm stuck with something that doesn't work for me.

I have taken as directed for a week. I don't know how long it takes for the fullness effect to begin. I still feel hungry after I take the capsules. I can't feel much difference between meals.But I have 2 months left so who knows...

I took for two months. I can say I waste my money.

I wasn't expecting miracles but I had hopes for some noticeable results. I didn't see or feel any changes.
