I received a box that was already opened with parts already in ripped plastic bags. Product is working but for an expensive item I do not expect to receive an already opened device unless I am informed before hand. I do not know if it was opened before because it had an issue that was fixed or not, and no information given. It was an international delivery so I did not want to immediately return the product.
