I like this Enema bulb. It has great design. It meets medical standards as it has high quality silicon and can be used for any one. It can contain much amount of water. It is easy to clean its parts fits perfectly. I like it.

Two of the nozzles are rigid plastic with an tip opening discharge, whereas the third is made of flexible silicon rubber with a side discharge. You simply fill the bulb with warm water etc and insert the nozzle into the problematic body orifice and squirt out the water until cleansing is complete. The device resembles a slip trailer which is used in pottery.The nozzle which made of silicon rubber is the best of three, since its softness is the more safe to use. The rigid plastic nozzles represent some potential danger if clumsily used. Some lubrication, not supplied, can be applied to the nozzle if desired. The nozzles are reusable many times. They are carefully and thoroughly washed after use and then stored away. Perhaps a mild disinfectant solution could be used to sterilize the nozzles immediately after use.The silicon rubber is high quality and should last for some time, if stored away in a dry condition. The manufacturer claims the rubber and plastics are BPA and Phthalates free which is good to know, so there shouldn’t be any allergic reactions to the materials used. In practice, I found the nozzles quite difficult to insert into the bulb. The size of the opening in the bulb is not quite large enough to facilitate smooth entry and I had to use a lot of force, far too much. So this aspect of the device is not well thought-out and the hole needs to be a little larger. Apart from that everything worked well, and this is a useful mechanical enema device to have in the bathroom, with many other applications, solving both female and male problems.

I have severe irritable bowel syndrome which requires extra care of the anal canal and this enema kit has been an ideal aid in doing this. Simple to assemble, and to fill with warm water, it is important that the nozzle has a waterproof lubricant applied to make sure that insertion is easier and less likely to cause any internal damage. I did find that I had to refill the bulb once to complete the clean-out but it did do a good job. Cleaning afterwards meant careful attention to the nozzle which was the part that went internally, where the blub just needed a wash in soapy water. The materials are of good quality and I did find attaching the nozzle to the bulb a challenge but then it was not going to detach easily either once I had got them together so I am not complaining.

Confused by the item when considering its purpose. There is no way to get water into the receptacle that I could find!
