Bought this computer for my MS in Business Analytics, and I'm in awe of it. It's fast, reliable and the fingerprint reader makes life so much easier. Despite having a 16'' display, it's a good size, light and practical to carry around. The anti-reflective display also makes it easier to work in environments with direct sunlight

Unit is quite large to fit on your lap. This is the computer for the traveling business person who works off a desktop. The default resolution leaves a lot of text a bit small for older eyes. It has plenty of ports and a DVD player for those who are a little behind the tech curve. Two negative comments. It appears the mouse draws quite a bit of power from the laptop, possibly even when the laptop is closed. The charger gets quite warm when charging. It is so warm it makes me think there is something wrong. After charging the temperature returns to normal. I haven't complained about it to HP so I don't know if this is normal.

The laptop is perfect for home and office work.

I've only had this laptop for a few weeks and so far I like everything about it!! I'm a 78 yr old granny with a desktop and a 13 yr old laptop, both of which have been giving me problems. After reading a LOT of reviews, I finally decided on this one although the price was a little more than I wanted to spend! But I discovered it was well worth it!!This laptop has a lot of features with windows 11, the touch screen is new for me & so is the lit keyboard. Love the choice of backgrounds, it's very thin and light, actually very pretty. It was also very easy to set up, which was a plus for me since I am not tech savvy. I was also hesitant to purchase it because I have never purchased anything that did not have any reviews, although it had a couple of ratings. I also ordered windows for seniors book & Windows 11 quick reference which are very helpful. I normally use my computer mainly for paying bills online, but I find myself going on this one every day & finding out new things. This laptop arrived on time, in perfect condition. Also came with mouse ,and charging cord as well as a nice manual that was very helpful but could be more explicit. Overall I am very happy with this new laptop. Another reason for this purchase is that it is my favorite brand HPUPDATE: I have had this laptop for a couple of more weeks, and I am enjoying it more every day, finding out more about windows 11 all of the time . its a nice update from windows 10. I even ordered a silver stand for it and it looks great. This laptop is very easy to use, comfortable for the eyes. Overall great deal and I highly recommend buying this one. o So happy that I got it!!

Print doesn't have the option to print selected cells or area on Windows 11🤔

This laptop works fast. The build quality is good.

Received it within 48 hrs… immediately out of box, “Boot device not found” “Please install OS on your HD!” No disks in box, no software installed as advertised! I only purchased this after much research to replace my HP that cannot be updated & as our IT person is out of business, I tried AMAZON… I won’t make that mistake again! It has been returned!
