I ordered this for my friend who had bad back pain. It worked well to help him sit up. He could easily adjust it himself. (80yrs old). Unfortunately I won’t be able to to give a longevity review on this. He passed recently.

This is the coolest thing. Purchased it for my back when I’m working it has flattened my stomach also. All in the same breath my back is protected, my stomach getting flatter.

The pad that goes inside the back of the belt is a great idea except for me the raised portion is too small to be of good benefit. I have had to do some alterations.

It is what I expected and wanted. Excellent quality. I am very pleased with this belt. P

Was a little bit disappointed in the brace. It is well-made, but I was looking for one with metal strays not the fiberglass one. I will keep it and use it for my vacation but most likely I will fall back on the one that I have that has the metal strays in it. Wish they would tell you that all of them were not metal.

Physical therapist recommended that I get a back brace. She suggested that I check on Amazon. I found this one. It seemed that it would provide the support that I need. I am impressed with it. It did provide adepquate support. It is well worth the money.

I love this back brace. High quality and better than many other ones I have ordered. I will be ordering this one again as I need to size down.
