Use only indoors
This is a great indoor bug catcher for flies. It does not work outdoors, nor does it work with mosquitoes. It lasts about 4 hours on a charge, but you can plug it into a standard USB power supply and use it all night. The room must be totally dark for it to work properly. It does not come with a power supply so purchase a 1-amp 5v USB power supply.

Doesn't Work At All
I bought 2 of these devices because I live on an island with lots of humidity and we have mosquitos everywhere. The first night I got the devices, I ran both of them in a small bedroom. My family and I were woken by the buzzing of mosquitoes by our ears all throughout the night. The next morning, my wife had 2 bites on her face and my son had 3 bites on his arms and legs. We had this device within 5 feet of where we sleep and it didn't kill even 1 mosquito. It's absolutely worthless for a bug zapper. I saw a mosquito fly right by it like it wasn't even there. It also claims there is a suction fan, but there is no fan or suction. I put a kleenex tissue right next to the device to see if there was any movement, but there was no movement at all. Also, If you run it at night in the same room you sleep, everything in the room that is lightly colored glows brightly. This is more like a blacklight than a bug zapper. I will use it next time I have a party so everything glows when my friends come over, but that is about all it is good for.Don't waste your money.

It works, but does not live up to the hype
It is a small or mini bug zapper which does work, however it does not live up to the hype of the video that promotes it. It did help in removing some mosquitoes, some household flies and other flying pests. Two thing to remember is its safer than chemicals and its usable indoors. It however pretty much stay in place for at least 2 hours and the batteries last about 8 hours on a charge. If I had known what I know after using it for over week, probably would not have purchased it. But it does work so I'm not dissatisfied with it. I believe that it is very well made, very easy to understand the directions and operates / functions as it was designed.

It’s great, don’t listen to the bad reviews
The media could not be loaded. I was very skeptical about buying this because of the bad reviews but I decided to give it a chance because you can return it if it’s not good, so when I got it I noticed it looks like a pretty high-quality device to plastic feels rugged it’s rubberized on the bottom it has a nice little rubber loop and it’s easy to recharge with a micro USB cable, the battery life is OK it’s probably just a few hours at best but let me explain what this thing is really good for and what it’s not. Do you live in Minnesota and want to buy a bug zapper for your back porch? Well if that’s the case this is not the unit for you. This unit is for someone who has a few Lonewolf mosquitoes, random flies, and small moths that are annoying them , the ones that sneak in your front door. This is the only solution for me because the other bug zappers are either too big too loud too bright need to be plugged in an inconvenient place with a short cord. For example I have mosquitoes over by some plants I was able to take this thing and put it on the shelf by the plants and let it do its work. Nothing works like this thing does. It kills bugs end of story. Will it attract mosquitoes, scientifically no because mosquitoes are mostly attracted to your breath that you exhale. But Curious mosquitoes will probably stop in and get zapped which I’ve seen happen all the time. I wake up much less frequently to a sound of a buzzing in my ear, and I don’t have to hunt mosquitoes around the house because I know this thing will probably take care of them sooner or later. So for what it’s purpose is it’s very effective just don’t think you can take this camping and you’re going to be free from bugs that’s ridiculous. I love this thing I’m glad I bought it sure it was expensive but there’s nothing like it

Nonfunctional Product-Poor Customer Support
Product worked fine the first time it was used. After that, it would not take a charge and remains nonfunctional to this day. Horrible customer service. It has been 2.5 months since my initial communication with their support department and they keep asking to do the same steps of charging it overnight. After several replies of letting them know those steps were taken 2.5 months ago, I still have not received a reply back on how to return or replace the product. Save your money if you are looking for a last product and customer support if something does not work.

Silent but deadly
The media could not be loaded. I received this and I guess I shoulda pulled out a tape measure when I read the description. It is small hand held size device. I plugged it In to charge before heading off to the lake for camping. We turned this on and I had my doubts. It wasnt making any noise and I didn’t hear any zapping! ( disappointing when u want those little blood sucking mosquitos to fry). With in a half hour I was pleasantly surprised to check and see many bugs in the device(50 maybe?) and others flying around it including a couple little moths were drawn to the light. So hey if they were in there. They weren’t biting me! It comes with a little brush to clear out the dead bugs . ( down fall in my opinion I don’t like maintenance when I am at the lake)If you wanted to clear a larger area I would say you would need a few of these. My daughter is a mosquito magnet( literally her 23 and me said her genetics are such.!) . So I may buy one for her too!It definetely won’t clear out all the Minnesota mosquitos with only one. But it does work.
